About Us.
Motor-Verkstad prides itself on its problem solving skills, and its long history
of quality service and repair of the older Volvo models – such as the 122’s
(Amazon), PVs 444 & 544, P1800, the 140, 240 and 740/760 series. We
also have a large inventory of hard-to-find used parts for the older Volvos.
Although we encourage new Volvo owners to stay close to their dealership
until warrantees expire, we will advise and consult on any Volvo related
issue. In addition to standard Volvo repair and service, Motor-Verkstad can
satisfy most other needs (repair a seat, a sunroof, door hinge or window – a
nagging electrical gremlin?) We also do engine rebuilding of pre-1993
models. Most of our customers are from referral, so stop by for a visit and
see our place of work. And if you are interested in purchasing a used Volvo,
let us do your pre-purchase inspection (highly advisable!).
